Where this started
I came to yoga out of necessity, not curiosity. A period of chronic sleep disruption in 2019 pushed me toward anything that might quiet the noise — and a 20-minute morning sequence did more than three months of other attempts.
Choicespan grew from notes I kept for myself. Writing about what worked, what didn't, and what the research actually says became a way of making sense of my own experience.
What actually gets written about
Not sequences or poses — the cognitive side. How breath regulation affects decision fatigue. Why a 10-minute floor session at noon resets afternoon focus better than caffeine. Specific, testable, honest.
